Welcome to the Moon, and other one acts is a series of six one-act plays by John Patrick Shanley, connected together with vignettes and stories of unrequited love. My system design for this production involved a three dimensional sound system, allowing for a deep level of nuance in movement, immersion, and localization. Highlights of my design include rolling thunderstorms moving across the ceiling, crickets and ducks splashing along a lake at midnight behind audience members, distant string underscoring from the next street over, rain pouring through an open door, and rotating string textures while floating through the stars.

The Orlando Sentinel recognized my sound design in this production in their nominations for the top 5 sound designs in Orlando theatre in 2021. I also was awarded an achievement in Sound Design from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival.
